Prohibited Conduct

This Prohibited Conduct & Code of Conduct Policy (“Policy”) governs the standards of behavior and usage expectations for all users of MakeTradingWork, a platform operated by TradeTech Group Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to abide fully by this Policy. Our objective is to foster a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment that encourages personal growth while safeguarding the integrity, security, and positive experience of the MakeTradingWork community.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any conduct that is illegal, unethical, or harmful to the platform or community. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Services for fraudulent schemes, deceptive practices, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activities. Offering unauthorized financial, investment, legal, or advisory services through the platform is expressly forbidden. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and must not attempt to circumvent any legal or regulatory obligations associated with the Services. Attempts to compromise platform security—including hacking, phishing, malware distribution, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or any unauthorized access to systems or other users’ accounts—are strictly prohibited. Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account is a serious violation. Impersonation of MakeTradingWork employees, other users, or third parties, as well as misrepresentation of your identity, affiliation, or qualifications, is forbidden. Users must not post, share, or distribute illegal, offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening content. This includes refraining from spamming, unsolicited advertising, or any form of disruptive behavior. Intellectual property rights must be respected at all times; copying, redistributing, or sharing proprietary content, including videos, documents, templates, and live session recordings, without explicit written permission is prohibited. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, or any form of abusive conduct toward instructors, staff, or fellow users will result in disciplinary action. The Services are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. Unauthorized commercial use, including reselling or redistributing access or content, is prohibited. Users must not engage in behavior that disrupts, impairs, or otherwise interferes with the functionality or security of the platform.

Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines

We expect all users to maintain respectful, professional, and constructive conduct while interacting within the MakeTradingWork community. Treat all coaches, staff, and fellow users with courtesy and consideration, fostering an inclusive environment free from discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Communication should be honest, clear, and respectful, avoiding false statements, exaggerations, or deceptive behavior. Protecting privacy and confidentiality is paramount; do not share private messages, personal information, or account details of others without explicit consent. You are responsible for securing your own account information and must not disclose your login credentials to third parties. Educational materials and tools provided through the platform are intended exclusively for your personal learning. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of content without prior authorization is prohibited. Users participating in group coaching or community discussions should engage thoughtfully and constructively, respecting the time and contributions of others. Maintain communication etiquette by staying on topic, refraining from spamming or promotional posts, and using language that is professional and free from offensive or inflammatory remarks. If you witness or experience violations of this Policy, harassment, or misconduct, report it promptly to our Support Team. Cooperation with investigations is expected to help maintain the community’s safety and integrity.

Consequences of Violations

MakeTradingWork takes violations of this Policy seriously. Upon detecting or receiving reports of misconduct, we will conduct a thorough investigation and may impose disciplinary measures, including issuing warnings or formal notices to the user. Depending on the severity or recurrence of the violation, temporary suspension of account access or permanent termination of your membership and access to our Services may be enforced. Termination will be without refund of any fees paid. Serious infractions, especially those involving illegal activities, harassment, or security breaches, may be reported to appropriate legal authorities. We reserve the right to take any additional action necessary to protect our users, platform integrity, and legal compliance.
