This Prohibited Conduct & Code of Conduct Policy (“Policy”) governs the behavior and usage standards for all users of MakeTradingWork, operated by TradeTech Group Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy fully.

Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment that supports your learning and growth while protecting the integrity of our Services.

1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Do not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized use of your account.
Any malicious activity (phishing, malware, DoS attacks) is strictly forbidden.

1.3 Impersonation & Misrepresentation

Do not impersonate MakeTradingWork staff, other users, or any third party.
Do not misrepresent your affiliation or provide false information.

1.4 Inappropriate Content & Communications

Sharing illegal, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harassing content is prohibited.
No spamming or unsolicited promotions.
Respect intellectual property rights; unauthorized copying or sharing is forbidden.
Recording or redistributing live coaching sessions without written consent is prohibited.

1.5 Abuse & Harassment

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior toward anyone will not be tolerated.
Maintain respectful and professional interactions at all times.

1.6 Misuse of Services

Services are for personal educational use only; no unauthorized commercial use.
Reselling or sharing access or content is forbidden.
Do not disrupt or impair the platform or Services.

2. CODE OF CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

2.1 Respect & Professionalism

Treat all community members, coaches, and staff with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
Engage in constructive and supportive communication; avoid personal attacks or discriminatory remarks.
Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment.

2.2 Honesty & Integrity
‍
Represent yourself truthfully and communicate openly and respectfully.
Avoid misrepresentation or deceptive behaviors.

2.3 Confidentiality & Privacy
‍
Respect others’ privacy and confidentiality.
Do not share private communications or personal information without consent.
Safeguard your own login and personal data; do not share account access.

2.4 Responsible Use of Content & Services
‍
Use all educational materials and tools for intended personal learning purposes only.
Do not redistribute or share proprietary content or access without permission.
Participate responsibly in group coaching and community activities.

2.5 Communication Etiquette
‍
Communicate clearly, respectfully, and on-topic.
Avoid spamming, advertising, or posting unsolicited promotions.
Use appropriate language; offensive or inflammatory language is prohibited.

2.6 Reporting & Cooperation
‍
Report any misconduct, harassment, or policy violations promptly to our Support Team.
Cooperate with investigations related to breaches of this Policy.

3. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS

We may investigate suspected violations and take actions including:

Warnings or formal notices.
Temporary suspension of account access.
Permanent termination of membership and access without refund.
Reporting serious violations to legal authorities if applicable.

We reserve the right to take any action necessary to maintain community safety and service integrity.

4. POLICY UPDATES

This Policy may be updated as needed due to legal, regulatory, or business changes.
Updated policies will be posted and communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
