Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription services and products offered by MakeTradingWork, a trading education service operated by TradeTech Group Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By subscribing to any of our membership plans or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

All subscription fees and payments made to MakeTradingWork are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and accept that fees paid are final and non-recoverable.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription or if you decide to cancel before the end of a billing cycle.

2. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation will prevent the subscription from renewing at the next billing cycle but will not result in a refund of fees already paid.
You will retain access to the Services until the end of your current paid subscription term.
If you fail to pay your subscription fees, your access to the Services may be suspended or terminated without refund.

3. EXCEPTIONS AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

Certain jurisdictions require refunds or cancellations under consumer protection laws. If such laws apply, we will comply and provide refunds only to the extent required by law.
Refunds in these cases will be limited to the subscription fees paid for the current billing period.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of our Terms & Conditions.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

For any third-party services offered through MakeTradingWork, such as evaluations or brokerage services (e.g., The5ers), refund policies of the respective third party apply.
We do not control, manage, or guarantee third-party service performance or refund eligibility.
Any refund claims related to third-party services must be directed to the respective service provider.

5. GROUP COACHING AND LIVE SESSIONS

Group coaching sessions may include up to 5 participants plus a coach, grouped geographically to facilitate scheduling.
If you are unable to attend a confirmed group coaching session, no refunds or credits will be issued.
We may offer rescheduling or group changes at our discretion; please contact our Help Centre for assistance.
Missed sessions due to personal reasons will not be refunded or made up.

6. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS

Fees paid under promotional offers, discounts, or bundled plans are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
If a promotional offer includes a free trial or limited introductory period (if applicable), cancellation before the trial ends will prevent renewal but will not result in a refund for any fees already paid.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refund requests should be submitted in writing via our Help Centre or to support@maketradingwork.com.
Include your account details, reason for refund, and any supporting information.
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 10 business days.

8. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to existing subscribers as appropriate.
Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
