By registering for, accessing, or using any services offered by MakeTradingWork (hereafter, the "Services"), including paid memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement").
2. Eligibility and Access Restrictions
The Services are strictly intended for individual users for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Access by companies, funds, or corporate entities is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to use the platform for institutional or organizational training will result in immediate termination. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You may not access or use the Services if you reside in, or are subject to, a country or jurisdiction where online trading education is restricted, banned, or otherwise prohibited by law. Additionally, users who appear on any international sanctions lists, such as those maintained by OFAC, the UN, or the EU, are strictly prohibited from using the Services. Compliance screening may be conducted, and we reserve the right to block access without prior notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use the Services, you must create an account by providing complete, accurate, and current personal information. You are responsible for keeping this information updated. You must also maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely accountable for all activities conducted under your account. Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access or a breach of security, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to verify your identity, billing method, and geographic location at any time. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
4. Services and Memberships
MakeTradingWork offers educational content, coaching sessions, market insights, and trading psychology resources for informational purposes only. We do not offer financial or investment advice, recommend specific trades or strategies, or provide any form of personalized investment management. All trading decisions based on our materials are made at your own discretion and risk.
The Services are offered via prepaid, time-limited membership subscriptions. All users, regardless of their selected duration, receive access to the same platform features. These features are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features and content at our discretion. You can view the membership you are currently subscribed to in the billing details section of your user account.
We may also transition your membership to the latest structure following the end of your current billing cycle. If any material changes occur, we will notify you. Your continued use of the Services following any changes will indicate your acceptance of the updated structure and terms.
As part of the Services, some users may be eligible to access evaluation credits from third-party proprietary trading partners. Redemption requests must be submitted through your MakeTradingWork account, and your personal details must match exactly across both platforms. We are not responsible for your experience with any third-party partners, including their evaluation outcomes, communications, fees, or terms of participation. Please refer to the respective partner's terms and conditions for more information.
5. Billing, Renewals, and Refund Policy
All memberships are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you authorize MakeTradingWork to charge your selected payment method at each renewal interval.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and access will continue until that time. However, no refunds will be issued for unused time.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, scenarios such as inactivity, dissatisfaction with content or results, changes to pricing or platform features, or forgetting to cancel prior to renewal. We encourage you to carefully review your membership plan and expectations before subscribing.
6. Permitted Use and User Conduct
The Services are intended for personal use only. You may not share, resell, license, sublicense, or otherwise distribute any of our content. This includes, but is not limited to, videos, written materials, templates, and platform tools. Recording or reproducing content in any format without our written consent is strictly prohibited. Providing unauthorized advisory services using our materials or sharing your login credentials with others may result in account termination and potential legal consequences.
All users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, honestly, and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to harass or threaten instructors or fellow users, misrepresent your experience or qualifications, use the Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or attempt to bypass any security features of the platform.
7. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimers
MakeTradingWork does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, financial success, or positive evaluation results. All users must understand that trading involves substantial risk and that past educational examples are not indicative of future performance. You are fully responsible for your own financial decisions and trading activities. We are not a regulated investment advisor, fiduciary, or financial institution. Our role is strictly educational.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the platform, including videos, documents, templates, images, and designs, is owned by TradeTech Group Limited or its content partners. You are not permitted to copy, edit, brand, or use any of this material for commercial, advisory, or institutional purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content may result in legal action.
9. Platform Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time. This includes making changes to schedules, access times, and available features. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary service disruptions, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any inconvenience or losses resulting from platform downtime or modifications.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. In any case, our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the Services within the previous six months. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeTech Group Limited from any losses, damages, or claims arising out of your use of the Services.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with relevant data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data, as well as receiving service-related communications. We analyze platform usage data to improve performance and services. Your information will not be shared or sold for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted to our website along with the revision date. Continued use of the Services following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
