By registering for, accessing, or using any services offered by MakeTradingWork (hereafter, the “Services”), including paid memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).
1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS
1.1 Individual Use Only
The Services are available to individual users for personal educational use only. Access by companies, funds, or corporate entities is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Minimum Age
You must be 18 years or older to access or use the Services.
1.3 Jurisdiction Restrictions
You may not use the Services if you reside in a country or region where trading education platforms are restricted or prohibited by law.
1.4 Sanctions & Compliance
Users identified on sanctions lists (e.g., OFAC, UN, EU) or other legal watchlists are prohibited from using the Services.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & MANAGEMENT
2.1 Registration Requirements
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when creating an account.
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2.3 Identity Verification
We reserve the right to verify your identity, billing method, or location at any time. Refusal to comply may result in restriction or termination of access.
3. SERVICES & MEMBERSHIPS
3.1 Educational Purpose Only
MakeTradingWork provides educational content and coaching. We do not offer:
Financial or investment advice
Recommendations to buy/sell financial instruments
Personalized portfolio guidance
You acknowledge that all decisions based on our content are made at your own risk.
3.2 Membership Structure
We offer three paid membership durations:
3-Month Program
6-Month Program
12-Month Program
All membership tiers include the same level of feature access. Features are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at our discretion.
3.3 Membership Transitions
We may transition your membership to the latest program structure following the end of your current billing cycle. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
4. BILLING, RENEWALS & CANCELLATION
4.1 Payment Terms
All memberships are prepaid and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance.
Payments must be made through a valid credit or debit card via Stripe.
You authorize us to charge your card for each renewal.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current term.
No refunds will be issued for unused time.
4.3 Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Inactivity or missed sessions
Changes to features or pricing
Dissatisfaction with educational outcomes
Late cancellation of renewal
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
5.1 The5ers Evaluation
Some members may be eligible to access evaluation credits from The5ers, a third-party proprietary trading firm.
Redemption must be requested through your MakeTradingWork account
Your name and email must match exactly across both platforms
MakeTradingWork is not responsible for your success, failure, or experience with The5ers
Ongoing costs or program terms with The5ers are your sole responsibility

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 Personal Use Only
You may not:
Share, resell, or distribute content
Record or reproduce training materials
Provide unauthorized advisory services using our content
Share your account login with others
Any violation of personal-use restrictions may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
6.2 User Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or defame instructors or other members
Misrepresent your experience or trading background
Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to bypass security systems or gain unauthorized access
7. DISCLAIMER & RISK NOTICE
7.1 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any trading outcomes, success, profits, or evaluation results
Educational materials and past examples do not predict or reflect future performance
7.2 Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and financial risk exposure.
7.3 No Fiduciary Relationship
MakeTradingWork does not act as a fiduciary, financial advisor, or regulated investment service provider.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All videos, written materials, and platform content are the intellectual property of TradeTech Group Limited or its content partners.
You may not:
Copy, redistribute, or modify content
Remove branding, watermarks, or copyright notices
Use any content for commercial or advisory purposes
9. PLATFORM ACCESS & MODIFICATIONS
We may modify or suspend portions of the platform at any time
Features, schedules, and inclusions are not guaranteed and may be changed without notice
Downtime, bugs, or service interruptions may occur without liability
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last 6 months
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeTech Group Limited from any losses arising from your use of the Services
11. DATA PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our policies.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
