Payments must be made using valid payment methods registered in the user’s name. Any discrepancy between account information and payment details may trigger additional verification or account restriction.

Use of payment methods not belonging to the account holder is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel transactions or suspend accounts involved in payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or suspected financial crime.

We continuously monitor accounts and transactions for suspicious or unusual activity. Users must immediately report any unauthorised access, suspected fraud, or security breaches related to their account.

• Forfeiture of any prepaid fees without refund
