This Refund Policy applies to all subscription services and products offered by MakeTradingWork, operated by TradeTech Group Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing to any of our membership plans or purchasing any services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
All subscription fees and payments made to MakeTradingWork are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and accept that fees paid are final and non-recoverable. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription or if you cancel before the end of a billing cycle.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing at the next billing cycle, but does not result in a refund of fees already paid.
After cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current paid subscription term. If you fail to pay subscription fees, your access to the Services may be suspended or terminated without refund.
3. Legal Requirements and Exceptions
Certain jurisdictions require refunds or cancellations under consumer protection laws. If such laws apply, we will comply and provide refunds only to the extent required by law.
Refunds in these cases will be limited to the subscription fees paid for the current billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Third-Party Services and Products
If you purchase or access third-party services or products through MakeTradingWork, the refund policies of the relevant third party apply. We do not control, manage, or guarantee third-party service performance or refund eligibility. Any refund claims related to third-party services must be directed to the respective service provider.
5. Group Coaching and Live Sessions (Existing Members Only)
Group coaching sessions may include up to five participants plus a coach, grouped geographically to facilitate scheduling.
If you are unable to attend a confirmed group coaching session, no refunds or credits will be issued. We may, at our discretion, offer rescheduling or group changes. Missed sessions due to personal reasons will not be refunded or made up.
Please note: Group Coaching memberships are currently suspended.
6. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Fees paid under promotional offers, discounts, or bundled plans are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
If a promotional offer includes a free trial or introductory period (where applicable), cancellation before the trial ends will prevent renewal but will not result in a refund for any fees already paid.
7. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our Help Centre or by emailing contact@maketradingwork.com
. Please include your account details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting information.
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 10 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to existing subscribers as appropriate. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
